Purpose of the role |
Responsible for all aspects of payroll administration for employees of ALTD/AMAR/AMTH |
Duties and responsibilities |
Lead and manage all aspects of the payroll function in line with legislation. Ensure accurate payroll preparation, commit and reconciliation, and complete all payments, reports and RTI submissions for monthly payrolls. Process starters & leavers, resolve employee/manager queries, update pension contributions and manage benefits. Ensure all pension requirements and reporting are fulfilled, including auto-enrolment on a monthly and three-yearly basis. Provide support to external Independent Financial Advisors as required including arranging onsite visits with employees. Complete year end activities and obligations. Complete yearly reporting required for the Group Income Protection and Group Life Assurance policies. Meet audit requirements as requested. Administer the Cycle to Work Scheme and process through payroll. Carries out such other duties that may be reasonably requested. |

Ensure that all employees, contractors and visitors comply with Amphenol Ltd’s Health & Safety Policy use Health and Safety equipment provided. |
