Are you a positive and motivated person looking for a rewarding role, which provides you with an opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives and get real job satisfaction? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly teams, to work in our Supported Living services across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, specifically:

Alveston, Bishopston, Bath, Coombe Down, Downend, Fishponds, Hanham, Henleaze, Horfield, Hillfields, Little Stoke, Patchway, Staple Hill, Kingswood, St George.

As a Support Worker, you will encourage and enable people we support to make day-to-day choices, as well as bigger life decisions, helping to remove the barriers to their independence and encourage their confidence.  The importance of connection and relationships has been brought home to many of us over the last couple of years, and your support to assist in developing relationships and maintaining contact with family and friends will be key to the people you work with.

To flourish in this role you will have great communication skills, so that you can work effectively with people we support, your colleagues and other professionals.  You will have a caring manner and a tolerant nature.

For some roles, due to the location of some of the homes and the need to access community activities, you may need to be a driver – but this isn’t the case for all roles, so please don’t let this put you off applying.

We are looking for people with the right values and attitude. Experience isn’t essential, as we will provide you with the training you need – and there are opportunities to develop in your career with us, possibly into management or nursing roles.

  • Refer a Friend Scheme earning you up to £750
  • Company Pension and Life Cover

  • Learning and development opportunities for you to build your career
  • Health Cash Plan on completion of probation giving you access to a minimum of £695 cash back for health treatments e.g. Dental, Therapies, Optical, Maternity/Paternity, NHS Prescriptions etc.
