Job Title: 2 x Procurement Coordinator (Interim 6 Months)

Job Purpose:
Working as part of an ambitious team, you will support the activities of the Procurement function through communication with parks and suppliers.
Job Description:
Sitting within central Procurement team you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of parks and management queries
You will represent a central point of contact for 4 steams of procurement covering multitude of categories, dealing with enquiries from operational park team and suppliers alike.
Responsibilities:
oManaging Procurement group mailboxes
oAnswering phone calls in a professional manner and recording details of comments, enquiries, and actions taken.
oSupport and advise parks on procurement buying guide queries
oDealing with operational enquiries raised through our internal ticket system
oIdentifying, escalating, and resolving enquiries
oPresenting monthly reports with issues raised
oManage, distribute, and report on One-Off Purchase Order requests
oOther duties as assigned
