Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Location: Gosforth

Department: Holiday Home Sales

Reporting To: Sales Support Manager
Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months

You will be part of a brand new team created to support and enhance a whole new way of working for our Holiday Home Sales on park teams.

You will provide real time sales support advice to our colleagues as a super user of our new Customer Relationship Management system.

You will be required to build strong working relationships with our on park teams to work collaboratively towards the successful achievement of company targets.

Your main objective will be giving advice and support on processes, completion and system capabilities to our parks, enabling smooth, consistent and timely responses to real time issues.

Job Description:

•Your primary role will be to support our on park sales teams with the transition of moving to a brand new system (salesforce) and assist with queries from the on park sales team in the new system.

•You will become a “super user” that is a designated point of contact for our park Holiday Home Sales teams.

•You will provide expert advice on all Holiday Home Sales processes and system functionality

•To be the “go to” for real time sales opportunity queries

•You will help to enable a structured and consistent approach to the support of day to day Holiday Home Sales

•To work to find a solution to any snags or errors that accompany all roll-outs of new systems. And escalate these to the development team

•To assist, enable and direct our park teams to a swift and successful sale completion through your expert knowledge

•Proactively suggest ideas where the system could be improved or simplified to create a more user friendly experience.

•To check and validate all new sales have been ran correctly and checking all paperwork and documents are correct.

•To assist in chasing up paperwork from parks and traders on sales.

You will work to ensure that all sales are completed for the period and work with the park teams to ensure that realistic dates for completion are entered.

•To assist with on park training of the sales teams and to help train out any system changes.
