·Assist with employment related paperwork and data entry work.

·Dealing with employee queries via the HR Service Desk or via telephone.

·Provide training & support to Parks on our systems and processes.

·Assist in HR data entry while maintaining employee confidentiality.

·Assist in HR processes by reviewing electronic and paper documents.

·Review forms and enter information accurately and thoroughly.

·Assist in accurate maintenance of Electronic filing systems in line with GDPR.

·Complete regular system data cleanses in accordance with internal policies.

·Support in HR communications such as references, contracts, variation letters, bonus letters, etc.

·Support HRBP’s by conducting generalist HR responsibilities such as Probationary reviews.

·Complete routine assignments independently.

·Provide HR administrative support.

·On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.

·It is your responsibility to report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).

·You have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, guests and visitors. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and you also have a duty to report all concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.

Person Specification

•Excellent communication skills

•Confident & articulate with excellent presentation and written skills

•Highly organised

•Ability to prioritise workload effectively

•Able to work independently or as part of a team

•Excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of packages, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint – trained to at least intermediate level

•Be comfortable using package and bespoke systems

•Be flexible and adaptable

•Able to self-evaluate and continuously improve
